This policy describes how Iinuma Consulting Partners, LLC, which provides services under the Solaeris AI name (“Solaeris,” “we,” or “us”), handles information collected through solaeris.ai and our website communications. Separate agreements govern information we process while delivering client projects.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company, and the message or project information you choose to submit. Certain enquiry forms also ask about the service you are interested in. We receive information in subsequent email correspondence.

Website and device information. Our hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, referring pages, campaign identifiers, clicks, timestamps, and interactions with our website. Cookies and similar browser storage may associate visits and interactions with a browser or device.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, patient information, passwords, or confidential client records through the general enquiry form.

How we use information

• Respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, and discuss potential services.
• Operate the website, investigate errors, and protect against spam, abuse, and security threats.
• Understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and usability.
• Measure advertising performance, including whether an advertisement led to an enquiry.

Cookies, analytics, and session replay

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and Google Ads conversion measurement to assess campaign performance. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, and information about interactions with our website. Google may process this information under its own policies and applicable service terms.

We use PostHog for website analytics and session replay. Session replay can reproduce interactions such as page navigation, clicks, and scrolling. Our website configuration masks form inputs and blocks form elements from replay capture. This is intended to exclude enquiry-form contents from recordings. Our custom analytics events do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or message contents submitted through the form.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated submissions. It processes browser and device signals and verification information for this purpose.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect website functionality. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on and advertising controls.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to host the website, deliver content, process enquiries, protect the site, and measure usage. These include Vercel for hosting, Microsoft 365 for enquiry email delivery and correspondence, Cloudflare for bot protection, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and PostHog for analytics and session replay. Website content and media may also be delivered through Sanity.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. Links to external websites, including LinkedIn, lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, considering the status of an enquiry or business relationship, legal obligations, security needs, and dispute resolution.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of online transmission or storage can guarantee complete security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact info@solaeris.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask us to stop promotional communications. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, additional rights may include portability, objection or restriction, and opting out of certain uses or disclosures. You can submit a privacy request using the contact details below. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

California privacy rights and browser signals

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. These rights are subject to the law’s scope and exceptions. You may contact info@solaeris.ai about exercising applicable rights. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.

The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control on this page lets you turn off optional analytics, advertising measurement, and session replay without leaving the page. We honor Global Privacy Control automatically and remember opt-outs in this browser across the website using a first-party preference cookie and local storage. If your browser prevents saving this preference, it applies only to the current page unless Global Privacy Control is enabled. This does not disable essential hosting, enquiry processing, or security services, or delete information already collected.

We do not implement a site-wide response to the older browser Do Not Track signal, which is distinct from Global Privacy Control. Third-party analytics or advertising services may collect information about activity over time and across websites, depending on their settings.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
